Supporting The Kingdom's Cultural Transformation

Badr Bin Abdulmohsin Cultural Foundation

Saudi Arabia’s traditions were defined throughout the years, resulting in beliefs and customs that unite its people. Saudi folklore combines poetry, music, songs, dance, rhythm, and costumes.

Background In the Arabian Peninsula, poetry was the highest form of art. Tales of personal achievements and tribal conquests were told with high artistic expression. Poets used it to demonstrate literary and linguistic abilities. A form of self-expression. It was (and still is) part of our social communication. Saudi Arabia’s rich heritage in poetry allowed men to make music that reflects the traditional subcultures, which vary from region to region.

Nowadays, poetry is sung to express tribal unity, tell stories, and celebrate weddings.

Bader Bin Abdulmohsin Cultural Foundation is a non-profit cultural foundation. It has been established to engage and support cultural initiatives focusing on several forms of arts and promoting the cultural history and future within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Lettering

Hand-written lettering was crafted to connect with the logo and the brand’s overall feel. It also adds to the brand an expressive and emotional character.
